FAQ

Everything people ask us before they start

How do I book a class?

Bookings are made directly: on the site’s Timetable & prices page, or through the Eversports app. Your spot is confirmed as soon as you book.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Yes, through your Eversports account. Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the class. After that, the session is counted as used.

If you are ill, email us a medical certificate and the credit will be returned to your account. Please also remember to cancel, so the spot can go to another student.

What happens if a teacher or the studio cancels a class?

If, exceptionally, the studio has to cancel a class, you will be told as early as possible and your booking will be credited back for a future session.

Are classes organised by level?

For pole dance, yes: Introduction (no experience needed: you learn the basics, safety, your first spins and how to feel confident in the space), Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Inter 1, Inter 2/3, Inter 3/Advanced.

Most other classes are open to all levels.

What should I bring to a class?

For pole dance: shorts and a sports bra, or even a bikini, give you the best grip on the pole. As a rule, the less fabric, the better!

Jewellery is strictly forbidden so as not to damage the poles. And to avoid slipping, don’t apply any cream or oil on the day of your class.

For Heels classes: secure heels + knee pads (recommended for floorwork).

Otherwise: comfortable clothing (shorts or leggings depending on the level), a water bottle and a towel.

Technical equipment is provided at the studio.

Can I come if I’ve never done any sport?

Yes, absolutely.

Our classes are open to all levels and teachers adapt every exercise.

How many people are there per class?

Pole dance classes are limited to 14 people to ensure personalised guidance.

Every student has their own pole.

Can I come to a class without booking online?

No. To guarantee your spot and welcome you in the best possible conditions, all classes are booked online.

Can I film or take photos during the class?

Yes, with the teacher’s agreement and respecting the privacy of the other students.

Are there any medical contraindications?

If you have an injury, are pregnant or have a particular condition, please let the teacher know before the class.

Some adaptations are possible.

From what age can you take classes?

Adult classes are open from the age of 16 (with parental consent).

Children’s and teen classes will be listed on the timetable if available.

Can I join if I arrive late?

For safety reasons, the warm-up is compulsory.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be refused entry to the class.

What does a class look like?

Every session is led by a teacher and follows several stages:

A warm-up to prepare the body safely.

Learning moves, combos or techniques suited to the level of the class.

Practice time to progress at your own pace, with advice from the teacher.

A cool-down and stretching at the end of the session.

The aim is to progress in a supportive atmosphere, whatever your level.

What is “open training”?

Open Training is a self-guided practice slot, reserved for students who already have the necessary basics.

It lets you train, go over moves learnt in class, work on your combos or prepare for a personal goal, in a fully equipped studio.

A supervisor is on site to make sure the session runs smoothly, but it is not a class: no teaching or learning of new moves takes place during this slot.
